Q: When is the next election?
A: The next election scheduled for Morgan County is the November 3, 2020 General/Special Election.
Q: If I requested an absentee ballot by mail for the June 9, 2020 election, will I have to submit a request again for the November 3, 2020 election?
A; If you are an Elderly, Disabled, or UOCAVA voter and indicated that in Section 10 of the Application for Official Absentee Ballot, you will automatically receive a ballot for the November 3, 2020. Otherwise, you will need to apply for one.
Q: When can I submit an Application for Official Absentee Ballot for the November 3, 2020 election?
A: You can submit it now and any time up until 4:00p.m. on October 30, 2020.
Q: Where do I submit the Application for Official Absentee Ballot?
A: You can hand deliver it or mail it to our office, or you can scan and email it to us at email@example.com.
Q: How do I make sure my absentee ballot is accepted?
A: * Make sure you sign the Oath of Elector on the outer return envelope.
* Return the ballot to our office by 7:00p.m. on November 3, 2020.
* Put your phone number and/or email address on your application so we have a quick and easy way to reach you if there is an issue or question.
