NO PERSONAL CHECKS

We only accept MONEY ORDERS, CASHIER’S CHECKS, CERTIFIED CHECKS, VISA, OR MASTERCARD as forms of payment for traffic citations.

SPEEDING FINES

New speeding fines effective May 1, 2010:

6-10 mph over speed limit: $40
11-14 mph over speed limit: $145
15-18 mph over speed limit: $180
19-23 mph over speed limit: $215
24-33 mph over speed limit: $705
34 and above over speed limit: $1,355

NOTE: Under age 21 and speeding 24+ over speed limit, defendant must appear in court.
