MARRIAGE LICENSE

Requirements:

Must be 18 years of age or older. Anyone under the age 18 will require the parents’ signature. You must have valid Identification (License or ID card). If you were previously married, you must present a copy of the final divorce decree.

FEES:

$61.00 – Without Premarital Counseling
$26.00 – With Premarital Counseling

Certification of Completion of Qualifying Premarital Education forms may be picked up in the Probate Office.

Marriage Licenses are issued between the hours of 9:00 am and 4:00 pm, Monday thru Friday. If you wish the Judge to marry you, please call to schedule an appointment.
