Pre-Construction Meetings are to be scheduled and attended prior to the issuance of any Residential or Commercial building permit.

The Building Inspectors are available from 8:00a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. to conduct Residential Pre-Construction Meetings.

Commercial Pre-Construction Meetings are available by appointment only.

Effective June 1, 2006, inspections may no longer be scheduled over the telephone. We ask that all inspection requests be made to our office in person or via fax utilizing our Request for Inspection Form. This form can be downloaded by clicking on the link at left.

Morning (A.M.) inspections will be between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.
Afternoon (P.M.) inspections will be between 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.
Exact times will not be given.

Before rough-in inspections can be scheduled, all mechanical permits must be purchased. If all permits have not been purchased, the inspector will not come out to the site. For any inspection that is turned down, an initial  $50.00  reinspection fee must be paid prior to the scheduling of a reinspection. Reinspection requests must be made to our office in person or via fax utilizing our Request for Inspection Form when the project is ready to be reinspected.
